James Staunton Head of Recruitment & Employment PR James started his career working for professional services firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte in London, Melbourne and Johannesburg. In 2002, he saw the light and transferred his skills into PR. James uses his versatile background to manage Wriglesworth’s employment and recruitment division. He has worked for Joslin Rowe, Laurence Simons, Morgan McKinley, Origin HR, Marks Sattin, Huntress, Firth Ross Martin, EMR, GRS, Ambition, Greythorn, Longbridge, Link Recruitment, Kinsey Allen International, Qualitas People Solutions, Ortus, and has conducted employement PR on behalf of Tesco plc. Outside work, James likes eating cheese, the smoking ban, and improving his performance on the golf course by buying his way out of trouble in the pro-shop. He dislikes cooking, clubbing, and low-slung waistbands. |

Jim Tanfield Jim studied for a post-graduate qualification at the industry-renowned Harlow Journalism Centre in 2004 before taking up a role as a local news, court, business and entertainment reporter in Essex. After gaining his professional accreditation (NCE) he went on to become editor of Recruitment Consultant Magazine in 2008 - this rebranded to The Global Recruiter in November 2011 where he is now editor-in-chief. Jim writes regular features on the international recruitment/staffing scene and has been shortlisted for three industry awards in the process. |

Michelle Hill I am the Marketing Manager for Red Rocket Media, a specialist provider of content marketing services. I have worked in marketing for over ten years, six of which were in the recruitment industry. Prior to that I worked as a recruitment consultant at Michael Page. Simon Kent Simon Kent has been a writer and editor working in the recruitment and HR field for 15 years. He has written for many national newspapers and professional journals including The Guardian, Personnel Today and People Management and has been a regular contributor to The Recruitment Consultant for some years. He edited RecruitMagazine and has also written several books on the subject of careers. He has been published internationally through his work with The Project Management Institute. Simon has also worked as a speech writer for several award ceremonies as well as working on corporate video scripts and short films. |
