Executive recruiters Bain and Gray has launched The Card, a members-only loyalty scheme available exclusively to talented candidates commanding a salary of over £30,000 per annum. Those holding The Card by Bain and Gray will enjoy priority bookings and exclusive offers with a variety of high-end lifestyle brands and enjoy a hand-picked selection of perks for both personal and business use. 

The Card is by invitation only and offers exclusive benefits for members. Bain and Gray currently has over 3,000 top PAs and EAs on its books, of which 70% will be invited to join the loyalty scheme.

They include lifestyle brands such as personalised online stationner Papier and independent eco skincare by MOA (Magic Organic Apothecary), the chic Bar Boulud at the Mandarin Oriental and luxury tour operator Fairlight Jones.

The Card members will be updated with new and exclusive offers on a monthly basis, while partners will be showcased within Bain and Gray’s social media feeds including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and the company’s popular weekly blog posts (www.bainandgray.com/blog). Many partners may also benefit from the opportunity to be highlighted in associated marketing.
