Randstad India has named Paul Dupuis as its new chief executive officer. With over 24 years of experience in Asia across Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea, Dupuis is a graduate from the University of Windsor and has completed a professional development programme from Simon Fraser University (both in Canada). He also participated in executive training programmes at INSEAD in France and Singapore.
He replaces Moorthy K. Uppaluri, who has served as managing director and chief executive officer of Randstad India for the last four years.
“Given the growth trajectory and market potential of India, it continues to be one of the most critical emerging markets for the Randstad Group,” notes Paul van de Kerkhof, chairman, Randstad India. “Dupuis comes with a proven ability to create strategic priorities, drive innovation and methodical execution to deliver sustained results and make our tech and touch strategy a reality in India.”
Dupuis said, “I look forward to continuing what has been started and go full speed ahead on the path of success that the organisation is on today to fulfil this tremendous responsibility of delivering meaningful outcomes for all our stakeholders.”
