FutureYou's New Offer

'Hub' will provide contract division.

FutureYou's New Offer

Australia & New Zealand

Australian based recruitment company FutureYou has officially launched its executive contracting hub this month. The hub offer a specialist contracting division of the super boutique, highlighting the company’s confidence in a buoyant Australian market for both permanent and contract employment.

“We are experiencing peak market conditions akin to a decade ago, where the level of demand for executive talent – permanent and increasingly short and mid-term contract roles – is at a notable high,” says Simon Meyer, CEO and founder of FutureYou. “This trend we expect to see continue in 2018 is not unique to NSW and Victoria; we are seeing unprecedented growth and significant pressure on skill sets nationally, which has been compounded by the recent visa changes.

“It has always been part of the FutureYou plan to create a strong balance between permanent and contract recruitment aligned to our purpose – to connect without limitation,” he adds. “Our new contracting division will work collaboratively with their permanent recruitment counterparts at FutureYou, drawing together expertise across each specialist practice group.”

Customer insight over the last 12 months has enabled FutureYou to gain clarity around its contract offering, which has led to the creation of the separate ‘hub’ exclusively focused on temporary, contract, and interim roles, and championed by a team that reflects the vibrant, fast-paced environment of contract recruitment.

With over 11 years of experience in contract recruitment, Kian Myers will lead the new FutureYou team as Partner – Contracting. The specialist contracting division, which is expected to grow to double within the first half of this year, currently focuses Business Support, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Property, Marketing, Digital, Technology, Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Engineering & Manufacturing. Over the next 12 months FutureYou plans to expand its contracting division to include Construction, as well as establish a Melbourne-based team.
