Linguistica Recruitment, a South Coast-based multi-lingual recruitment agency, is being used to source staff by iconic guitar-making giant Fender for its new European headquarters in East Grinstead. Fender have recently closed several of their European offices to make the East Grinstead site their new base of operations, and has entrusted the task of bolstering the workforce of its upgraded facility to Linguistica.
Linguistica recruits fluent multi-lingual workers speaking a vast array of different languages and dialects across the South Coast. As a result of their expertise in this area, Fender has sought Linguistica’s services to help them recruit for many new roles at its upgraded European HQ.
“We’re excited to be working with such a prestigious client as Fender, they are an absolutely iconic brand recognised and respected the world over,” Carrie Wilson, Linguistica director. “They’re currently building upon their facility at East Grinstead to turn it into their European base of operations, and we’re in the process of helping Fender find new staff speaking many different languages and holding a wide variety of skillsets to suit their upgraded site’s new needs.
“Being chosen by Fender to assist them with finding new staff at such a time of change in their business is a compliment to the work we’ve been doing and the reputation we’ve built up over the years,” she added. “The fact Fender thought to use us to help with their recruitment is testament to our ability to find highly skilled, perfectly fluent multi-lingual professionals. It’s especially impressive considering that they’re trusting us with doing the job for them at such an important time in their business.”
Aside from recruiting for Fender, Linguistica Recruitment finds careers for multi-lingual speakers in a diverse range of permanent and contract roles including marketing, market research, project management, I.T., customer services, administration, human resources, logistics and more.
Linguistica Recruitment also offers language translation services at its sister company Linguistica International, which has a team of fully qualified professional interpreters covering over 250 languages and dialects.
