New website from First Choice offers innovative content
First Choice Software’s new web site has been launched to reflect the company’s outstanding customer relationships. First Choice enjoyed more than 60% growth in 2010-11 fuelled by high levels of customer satisfaction with its core recruitment management product, RDB ProNet, and displacement sales in the small, SME and enterprise recruitment sectors.
A unique aspect of the new web site is that all the images and videos feature First Choice staff or clients; no professional models or stock images. The extra effort was made to reflect the close working relationships that FCS has with its clients. Clients speak on video about the real challenges they faced and what it was like to work with First Choice to overcome them.
First Choice have worked to offer continual product development, high service levels and commitment to understand its customers’ business drivers in detail. First Choice acknowledges the different requirements of recruiters from start-up to enterprise and delivers support tailored to each. Given the level of migration from other suppliers, First Choice has also developed a proprietary switchover programme to ensure that key factors such as data transfer are achieved securely and with the least possible disruption, be it from spreadsheets or legacy systems.
