Recent confirmations for the event have included members of the HR Panel, an afternoon session during which visitors will be able to hear from professionals charged with finding, securing and managing talent from within businesses. Held in association with RTM's Inner Circle Network, Sue Warman, leadership coach and people strategy consultant will be on the panel togehter with Michelle Platt and Roger George.

Sue has previously held senior HR positions at SAS and Taleo while Michelle is Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition at Avon Cosmetics. Roger George is Head of People, Agilesphere and was previously responsible for hiring across Northern Europe for Adobe. In a session hosted by The Recruitment Network chairman James Osborne, all three will be ready to give their perspective on recruitment trends and challenges, enabling recruiters to get a unique and valuable view on the market potential.

Meanwhile Yvette Cleland, CEO of The Clinical Professionals Group has also bene confirmed as the subject of an in depth interview with Miles Hunt. The interview will not only delve into Yvette’s own career and objectives, but also give a privileged view into one recruitment business’ determination to succeed within its sector and the innovative steps it has taken to ensure it delivers value to candidates and clients alike.
