McGinley CEP has acquired First Choice, an established construction recruitment agency based in London. The acquisition was officially made by McGinley CEP after an exhaustive review indicating that First Choice and McGinley CEP’s mission and values aligned perfectly. McGinley CEP felt that First Choice’s outstanding service delivery and established client relationships, built up over their 15-year history, were the perfect business to join them in their ambitious growth plans.
With this acquisition, McGinley CEP recognised the potential of this thriving business and the opportunities that a merger could offer for both First Choice & McGinley CEP’s staff and client base. McGinley CEP feel that this acquisition strongly outlines their ambition and growth not only in London, but on a national basis as well.
As part of the deal, McGinley CEP will be introducing a new Group Leadership Team to accelerate First Choice’s impressive growth. McGinley CEP will also be implementing their ISO accredited policies, procedures and processes to safeguard the business and its people via their Central Services Team based at their Watford Headquarters.
