Adastrum Consulting has launch an initiative aimed to unlock value from new senior hires faster than usual. The 90-day accelerator programme was developed in response to a fast paced and disruptive marketplace. It aims to quickly integrate new senior hires into an organisation, allowing them to swiftly deliver the value identified in the recruitment process.
During the 90-day accelerator, an external coach will work with senior appointees, offering independence and confidentiality. Whilst internal support is always valued, there will be limitations to any conversation in those critical days, whilst openness and trust is being established.
The process has also been designed to closely align with business priorities and includes key stakeholder engagement, allowing the insights of the business to be channelled into the process, enriching the conversation.
