Alexander Mann Solutions has announced two significant leadership appointments which reflect the firm’s ambition to continue on its impressive growth trajectory in new and existing markets around the world and in the Asia Pacific region in particular. The company have announce Jon Harding OBE will join the organisation as chief commercial officer in December, while Neil Jones will take up his post as regional head of APAC in January 2019.
With more than twenty years’ of international cross-sector experience, Jon practiced law in the City for a number of years before fulfilling legal and then senior commercial leadership roles for Virgin Atlantic in Europe and Asia. He subsequently worked in government as chief operating officer of UK Trade and Investment prior to serving most recently as senior vice president, commercial, for Qatar Airways in Europe. He will lead Alexander Mann Solution’s commercial function as well as taking on responsibility for the growth of its public sector business.

Neil also boasts over twenty years’ experience in the sector, and has spent the last 12 years of his career at the Adecco Group, fulfilling a variety of senior roles most recently serving as Managing Director of Pontoon EMEA. He brings significant experience of the APAC region having previously served as managing director of Pontoon APAC and CEO of the Adecco Group, Australia & New Zealand.
