BoardroomAdvisors.co.uk aims to disrupt the recruitment market by providing direct access to a talent pool of part-time executive directors for commercial, operations and CEO roles. It allows scale-ups, SMEs and their private equity backers to rapidly fill gaps in the management team, with no recruitment fees and a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire.

Antonio Aznar Domínguez, a Madrid native, is an experienced management consultant. He specialises in improving performance by bespoke solutions to sales and businesses processes, and developing team performance.

His experience spans work for SMEs up to large corporates, including BNP Paribas Real Estate in the Valencia region and developing sales teams for JCDecaux.

Antonio, who is fluent in English, says: “BoardroomAdvisors.co.uk aims to add real value for businesses through strategic but practical advice which can be trusted to make a real difference in these challenging times. It’s a view that fits in with my entrepreneurial outlook. We are there to support and help companies by providing experienced part-time directors”.

“Spanish firms, much like their English counterparts, are looking to manage costs and recover as much lost revenue as possible. However, many need help to do that effectively. One of our key strengths is being able to draw on specialist help from across BoardroomAdvisors.co.uk talent pool to meet the exact needs of a business.”

BoardroomAdvisors.co.uk was founded by Bristol-based John Courtney, who has founded seven businesses and been listed as one of the country’s top 100 entrepreneurs. He says: “Having highly skilled professionals in the boardroom can be the difference between success and failure for small firms, especially in the highly uncertain times we are experiencing. Our members have all founded, built and sold businesses and they have experience managing in difficult times and different economic conditions.”
