Job matching service targets people actively searching for a happier career.

Engaging Works, the service created by Lord Price to help companies engage with their workforce, has launched their Job Services platform, aimed at both individuals and organisations to get the perfect candidate in the right team.

The new job features allow employers to post and target jobs and to promote great places to work to a wealth of people, including highly qualified and experienced individuals looking for new jobs, as well as students and graduates seeking positions within organisations focused on the happiness and engagement of their employees.

Part of a wider roll out of tools to help people find the right job, build skills, knowledge and connections to help them be happier and more successful at work, the new job services include a range of tools to help individuals decide which job, industry and company is the right fit, including the Happiest Companies to Work for Index and Career Tests. The site also has a CV Generator and interview advice on the Global Hub – a place for online discussion about working life.

Engaging Works enables organisations to find the right candidates for job roles in the following ways:

  • By posting jobs on the Global Hub
  • In addition to posting on the Global Hub, as a Business Premium user job posts will also appear on an individual users jobs board and new positions promoted via email
  • Users can also access the Job Matcher. By recruiters simply filling out a job profile, Engaging Works matches candidate requirements and Myers Briggs (MBTI) personality requirements against the large database of potential employees.

I’m delighted to be able to announce the launch of Job Services on Engaging Works,” said founder of Engaging Works, Lord Price. This is part of my mission to make the world a little happier. I’ve built Engaging Works to help people achieve the most in their working life and Job Services now means the platform is the place to go for career needs. Organisations can access a wealth of people who are actively job hunting and who are engaged with finding a worthwhile and happy career.”
