Levin, the specialist technology recruitment group behind Storm2, Storm3, and Storm4, has announced strong year-end performance as it enters FY26 with a renewed focus on efficiency, innovation, and data-driven growth.
After a transformative year, Levin reports USD 20 million NFI with a lean 120-person global team underscoring its evolution into a more effective, AI-ready business model. The group’s transformation has included the launch of its contract recruitment division under the leadership of Josh Clark, formally of Allegis Group.
Clare Cooper, UK MD, commented:
“2025 was a year of focus. We took the time to refine our structure, sharpen our strategy, and invest in the areas where we deliver the most impact: our people, our clients, and our data. As we move into 2026, we’re building the recruitment company of the future: tech-powered, people-first, and ready to lead.”
2025 saw the group’s successful repositioning of Storm4 into the Energy, Infrastructure, and Mobility sectors. Other highlights include the appointment of Megan Lown as VP of People, based in New York, the promotion of its first organic Managing Director, Jamie Cook, and continued growth of its Parity gender-equity network, now exceeding 1,000 members.
Anthony Cummings, CIO, added:
“Levin’s story this year has been about precision over scale. We’ve shown that growth isn’t about getting bigger but getting better. From redefining our EVP to strengthening our data foundations, we’re entering 2026 with strong revenue growth, momentum, and a renewed sense of purpose.”
Levin’s next chapter focuses on embedding its AI-ready strategy, enhancing its people experience, and continuing to lead the conversation around intelligent recruitment across its core markets in FinTech, HealthTech, and Energy.
