Life sciences executive search firm RSA Group has promoted Kristian Jürgensen to chief commercial officer. Kristian joined the company as managing partner for Germany and Switzerland in May 2019 and has proved himself to be a phenomenal driver of growth and focus at the company. In his new role, Kristian will ensure that all functions of the organisation are aligned to meet strategic commercial objectives and will continue to drive business growth. An important part of Kristian’s role will be listening to clients and leading a continuous process improvement model.
Kristian is a qualified lawyer certified in pharmaceutical law, he holds an MBA and is fluent in German and English. He has over 18 years’ experience in the consultancy and executive search sector.
Before re-joining The RSA Group in May, Kristian spent time as a partner at two global Executive Search firms and was the Head of Tender Management at a leading generics company.
