With offices and branches in Berlin, Munich and London, thryve. has grown significantly in its five year history to establish itself as a key player in the German IT recruitment sector.

“We want everyone connected with us to thrive,” says John Lennon, thryve.’s managing director. “We want to help companies to grow, candidates to prosper and our team to evolve. We are so passionate about growth that we felt the word “thrive” would best represent our evolution and our business mission.”

John added, “thryve. has grown steadily since we started back in 2015, but in 2019 we experienced accelerated growth both in terms of new clients and new team members, so much so that we have put in place an aggressive ‘2020 vision’ for this year, including doubling our team size, tripling our client portfolio and rebranding to a more dynamic and recognisable brand.”

2019 saw thryve. develop The Community – a group of engaged tech professionals who regularly come together to discuss trends, share insight and listen to some of the finest speakers in the German Tech scene.

With meetups every three months, community manager Sophie Gordon feels that this is a major part in thryve.’s success: “No other agency is doing this on the level we are. We have created a unique and engaged hub where developers, testers, CTOs, product owners and every type of tech professional feel comfortable and where they can learn and thrive.”
