Optima UK, the recruitment, training, and business advisory firm, has appointed Susan McAdam to head up its Professional Services and Engineering divisions. Susan brings a wealth of experience to the post, having clocked up more than 15 years of professional recruitment experience working with a range of businesses from SMEs through to major blue chip companies.

Susan’s experience in relationship building and getting the most out of people will boost the already strong and well-established professional services and engineering teams at Optima.

The professional services team is focused specifically on sourcing temporary and permanent office-based functions within the commercial marketplace and recruiting at all levels from office junior to C-suite. Sectors covered include manufacturing, retail, FMCG, utilities, legal, IT/tech/data, logistics, financial services and the public sector.
The engineering team supports engineering businesses locally, nationally and internationally, leaving no stone unturned to find the very best technically-equipped people for clients.
