Resource Management has partnered with financial services firm Parmenion to bring the best fintech talent into the heart of Bristol over the next two years. Parmenion is a Bristol-based award-winning technology and investments solutions business. It was launched in 2007 and is experiencing the fastest growth in its 11-year history, having exceeded £5 billion in assets under management (AUM) in 2018.
To support this expansion, Resource Management (RM), which is headquartered in Clifton and has a 40-year track record in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), will provide an end-to-end permanent recruitment solution, encompassing roles across all disciplines. The partnership comes as Parmenion gets ready to move into its new office in the hi-tech, environmentally-friendly Aurora office building at Finzel’s Reach.
Martin Jennings, Parmenion CEO, said: “We’re excited to announce this new collaboration with Bristol-based recruiter Resource Management, as we look to benefit from their local know-how in bringing on board people that will help us build on our success. With Bristol’s growing reputation as a fintech hub, we know there’s great potential for innovation in this city and we want to be at the forefront of supporting this growth.”
Bristol was recently named as the UK’s most productive tech cluster with fintech making a significant and growing contribution. RM has a proven track record in developing innovative candidate attraction techniques aimed at fuelling client growth in IT, financial services and the developing fintech sector. The company will also enhance Parmenion’s in-house recruitment capability so they will have full control of the programme by the end of 2020.
Steve Phillips, client solutions director at RM, said: “We are delighted with the opportunity to work with Parmenion and build on the region’s growing fintech capabilities.
“Parmenion’s growth and commitment to innovation and customer service mirrors our own culture and we relish the challenge of establishing them as the number one destination for this sector’s talent,” he added.
Abigail Ginn, Human Resources manager at Parmenion, said: “Our people are our greatest asset in continuing to deliver outstanding solutions and services to our clients.
“Which is why over the last three years we’ve been rapidly increasing our staff numbers to help us reach our goals. With our next phase of growth well underway, our collaboration with Resource Management is one that we hope will bring a raft of passionate and highly skilled individuals to our ever-expanding team.”
