Main Sequence Technology, the developers of PCRecruiter, have released a new update this week that makes improvements to the Candidate Presentations feature.
Candidate Presentations streamline client relationships and make the selection process more efficient via attractive, branded email packages containing candidate details and attachments.
Clients and hiring authorities can review the selected records and submit feedback directly to the database. Users get notified by email the moment the candidates have been viewed so that they’re ready to talk when the hiring authority needs them. The feedback can be viewed from the position pipeline, from the candidate’s record, or from the company record associated with the job opening.
In the latest update (9.7.37), the Feedback process has been improved for easier data entry and more control over client experience. In addition, the Candidate Presentation entry screens have been updated to use PCRecruiter’s latest styling improvements and to auto-name presentations for faster sending.
The new update also includes Automation Scheduling so that triggered emails and other behaviors can be sent on a delayed schedule, and adjustments to the Merge capability for duplicate names.
