Glassdoor has recognised REED in their Employee’s Choice Award. The recruitment agency came top following a poll of thousands of British employees about their place of work. The long-standing family business scooped the title of number one recruitment agency – and was voted 28th on the list of Top 50 Places to Work in the UK.
Glassdoor’s Employee’s Choice Award is considered one of the best accolades employers can receive – as rankings are determined purely by the opinions of staff.
Employees were asked to consider factors such as career opportunities, benefits, senior management culture and values when casting their votes. Earlier in the year, REED boss James Reed was also awarded Top CEO in 2018’s Employee Choice Awards.
