Cielo has expanded its client portfolio in Financial Services to include French banking giant Societe Generale, one of the largest financial services groups in Europe. Cielo was chosen to develop and lead an innovative technology and brand enabled talent acquisition solution that will keep Societe Generale well placed in the competition for top talent.
Cielo will implement a total talent acquisition (TTA) strategy to support all permanent and temporary hires across front, middle and back office. The solution is set to go live on the 1st April 2019. The TTA delivery model will mitigate and reduce hiring via agency and develop a diverse and sustainable flow of talent into Societe Generale.
Total talent acquisition is a consistent and comprehensive approach to recruiting and hiring both full-time and contingent labour, including temporary staff and independent contractors.
“Societe Generale are a unique employer whose belief in embracing a diverse workforce and implementing unique advancements makes this a truly exciting partnership,” says Seb O’Connell, managing director of EMEA and APAC at Cielo. “We know that they will be early adopters of innovation and we are excited about creating a truly Societe Generale Talent Acquisition solution.”
Ben Higgins, managing director, head of HR at Societe Generale, added: “Cielo’s expertise in total talent acquisition, combined with offering a sophisticated service-oriented approach fits perfectly with our core objectives to create sustainable routes to talent. Supporting and developing a truly diverse and inclusive workforce will remain a top priority and this innovative total talent solution will help us achieve that.”
The new organisational programme will be based on relationship management and high touch delivery which will deliver on strategic objectives as well as accelerating growth trajectory. Cielo will have a dedicated account team of 25+ largely on site at the banking giant’s Tower Hill office who will be responsible for managing the whole recruiting workflow.
