How well does the ISV.Online product work?
The ISV.Online product works well for us in that we are able to complete not only assessments with potential applicants, but also training too. It’s a straightforward platform with a variety of testing criteria available to us. We use this platform externally for potential candidates, but we are also able to utilise this internally for ongoing support and training for internal staff also.
How would you rate the support team at ISV.Online?
If I need support, I go to our Client Success Manager who is always on hand to support, and available at short notice to complete training videos or refreshers with internal staff.
How do you find the efficiency and the speed of ISV.Online?
ISV.Online is always efficient and the tests/training are sent out immediately. Once the applicants have completed them, we are immediately alerted that this has been completed as well, which works well for us as some of our vacancies require immediate action. There have never any delays with the system that have caused us issues.
Has ISV.Online positively impacted your productivity and ability to assess people better?
ISV.Online has allowed us to have an extra tool we can sell to clients, where we can prove applicants skills and experience as per their CV. We feel we are able to assess their skills better by having this platform with proven results.
Would you happily recommend ISV.Online to others?
Yes, we would happily recommend ISV.Online to others – it’s a simple quick and easy way to test suitability of candidates by a few simple clicks of a button. It doesn’t just cover office-based testing, for example Microsoft Word, data entry, copy typing etc, but also things like psychometric testing, manual handling and health and safety also.
