CV-Transformer connects with Bullhorn
CV-Transformer has launched a direct integration with Bullhorn, enabling recruitment agencies to format candidate CVs without leaving their Bullhorn environment.
CV formatting directly within Bullhorn
Once installed, CV-Transformer opens directly within Bullhorn. Recruiters can select a candidate’s CV and transform it into their agency’s own branded template, without downloading files or moving between different platforms.
Using candidate data from Bullhorn
The integration draws information from both the candidate record in Bullhorn and the selected CV. This helps agencies create complete, consistently formatted documents while making use of the candidate information already held in their system.
The formatted CV remains fully editable, giving recruiters control over the final content. Once complete, it can be downloaded in Word or PDF format and saved directly back to the candidate record in Bullhorn.
A faster CV formatting workflow
By bringing the entire process into one workflow, the integration removes several of the administrative steps normally involved in CV formatting. Recruiters can move from candidate record to client-ready CV more quickly, while agencies maintain their own branding, templates and preferred document structure.
The integration is available to all Bullhorn users and can be configured around each agency’s existing CV templates and formatting requirements.
