Codatech strengthens senior team with duo of hires

Leading provider of recruitment back-office software, Codatech, has announced two senior hires as it targets major growth in 2025. With over two decades’ experience in the recruitment technology sector, including 16 years at Merit Software, Sam Radion joins Codatech as Head of Sales.

Based in Tenby, and specialising in advanced payroll software, Sam will be responsible for developing a robust sales strategy that will expand the firm’s footprint and ensure it achieves its ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months and beyond.

“Joining a forward-thinking company that’s all about solving customer challenges with cutting-edge tech felt like the natural next step for me,” explained Sam. “Paying temporary workers on time is vital, however, agencies often face complex and inefficient back-office processes that can slow this right down. Which is why I’m so excited to be joining Codatech as it aims to bring a new level of efficiency and simplicity to recruitment businesses, that will help ensure the UK’s temporary workforce is paid on time, and with ease.”

Alongside Sam, George Bendle has joined the senior team as Product Lead, based in Hampshire. George brings with him over three years at EdenGroup (now WorkWell) and five years of experience at Omnia Outsourcing, giving him direct exposure to back-office systems in the recruitment sector. George will be responsible for executing the product strategy for Codatech to deliver innovation and excellence for new and existing clients.

“I’m thrilled to be joining Codatech at such an exciting time. The company’s commitment to innovation in the recruitment sector aligns perfectly with my own passion for developing solutions that enhance efficiency and simplify complex processes for our clients,” said George.

Founded in Manchester in 2016, Codatech creates leading recruitment payroll and timesheets software, designed to overcome the challenges that legacy systems pose to speed and scalability. Its software is used to pay over 80,000 temporary workers every month in the UK, fast and with ease.
