Russell Thompson, former CEO of LMA, has joined Inventum Group (formerly Wells Tobias) as a co-founder alongside Joe Wells and Adam Tobias.
Inventum’s mission is to help companies become more inclusive and diverse. To do this it delivers inclusion consulting, executive search and recruitment. The firm, based in Clerkenwell, Central London, has an impressive roster of multinational clients and Russell’s arrival marks a period of significant investment and growth.
