Fraser Dove Takes London

Fraser Dove International, the life sciences Talent Consultancy, today announced they have opened a new office in London, UK to attract top talent into the business and continue to deliver excellent customer service to their clients. The new office, close to the iconic St Paul’s Cathedral opened its doors on Monday 2nd August 2021. It’s the company’s second office after their head office in Farnham, Surrey.

With the Farnham team continuing to grow, expanding its geographical scope into the hustle and bustle of London will enable the company to scale headcount more quickly and better serve both candidates and clients with their recently launched life sciences talent solutions.

Joseph Brown, chief operations officer said: “Our hearts will always be in Farnham as it’s where our headquarters are, and we’ll continue to look for the best talent to work here. As we go on our journey of growth however, it makes sense to have a presence in the hotspots for talent in the UK so we can widen our talent pool – London was an obvious choice for us.”

“What’s most exciting about this development is the opportunity it’s given our team in Farnham,” Thomas Dove, chief commercial officer added. “The direct train line between Farnham and Waterloo means that we can get between offices in as little as an hour. Some of our staff have relocated to London to work from that office full time, taking some of the Fraser Dove DNA with them, which is extremely important for me. While those staying behind will be able to go up to London for the day to work in the new office. It’s key for us to offer flexibility for our staff in this ‘new world’ and a new hub in London really facilitates that.”

The company have been steadily building out their Farnham team since 2013 and with the successes of the past year they felt 2021 was the right time to open a new office.

Joseph Brown said: “The London office slots nicely into the significant milestones we want to achieve by 2024. This includes tripling our headcount and having offices in Farnham, London, Europe and the US. London is the first step in that plan”.
