Global recruiter Oscar has been ranked an impressive ninth in the twelfth Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 List Covid-19 Edition. The list highlights Britain’s top 200 private companies with the fastest-growing international sales, whilst considering the positive actions taken by these companies in response to the pandemic.
“We are delighted by our ranking in the Sunday Times International Track 200 listing,” said Oscar CEO Andy Morrell. “Over the past year, we have operated with a key focus on our strategic growth, welcoming a range of fantastic new team members to assist in our international operations, whilst expanding our services in new markets and locations. We’re really proud to have continued our global development through the COVID-19 pandemic, and this ranking demonstrates the commitment, determination, and incredible work of our teams throughout 2020, and into 2021.”
This accolade follows a monumental year for Oscar, which saw the business expand its core brands in Technology, Energy, and Construction with new distinct launches of Oscar Digital and Oscar Life Sciences. As well as the expansion into new markets, 2020 saw the launch of a new office in Philadelphia, a key location for Oscar on account of its influential tech scene.
The growth of new brands and locations has supported the stratospheric financial growth seen by the business, which ultimately contributed to the listing seen in The Sunday Times International Track 200.
This latest honour adds to the organisation’s impressive roster of accolades received over the past year, which included success in the Recruiter Investing in Talent awards (Best Medium Recruitment Agency to Work For), as well as recognition in The Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For 2020, in which Oscar placed ninth.
