The Institute of Job Aggregators (IJA) has announced its global panel as the industry embraces its plans to support, grow, and drive change across the Global Job Aggregator Industry. The panel includes representatives from Talent, AppCast, CareerWallet, JobMatix and ClickJobs and following the quarterly members meeting the group has outlined the institute plans for 2024.
Mike Wall, Chair of the IJA, commented: “We are delighted with how positively the launch of the IJA has been received by the industry and I am excited about our plans for 2024. The global panel we have formed includes representatives from some of the leading players in the industry in the UK, Europe, and the US.”
The IJA panel has outlined how the institute will help protect the industry by validating the credible players and work with the members and network to understand and validate traffic and improve quality as AI and bots become more prevalent.
As a multi-billion-pound industry and such a key part of global recruitment, it is essential that this specialised sector is kept credible, and transparent and that the leading players support each other to maintain, grow and reassure clients.
The panel also discussed streamlining multi-used technology to help standardise usage and settings and working to help facilitate and support with issues like bad debtors and the latest Gmail and Yahoo policies around mass emailing.
The full agenda for 2024 will be published by the institute in the coming weeks.
