Inclusion partnership announced

Global publishing and learning specialist Emerald has announced an industry-first partnership with the UK’s most accessible job board, Evenbreak, which will see the company become the first in its sector to champion diversity through the portal run by, and for, disabled people.

The partnership will see Emerald advertise all its available roles across both Emerald Publishing and Emerald Works on Evenbreak in order to attract talented disabled people for its diverse range of positions. This commitment is the latest in a series of diversity and inclusion programmes by Emerald, including holding & progressing our Disability Confident status.

Commenting on the partnership, Richard St George-Yorke, Recruitment Partner at Emerald, said: “Inclusion is integral to Emerald’s core values and we’re proud of our culture of celebrating diversity. When it comes to recruitment, we’re keen to find the very best talent, and this includes being as inclusive as possible to attract more diverse candidates and ultimately more skills. Partnering with Evenbreak enables us to ensure disabled candidates can access these roles and we, in turn, can access this great talent pool.”
