Indigo Accredited

The Indigo Group is today celebrating achieving FCSA Accreditation for umbrella employment and CIS/self-employed payroll services having passed a rigorous review of its business services, operations, policies, and processes with flying colours.

FCSA Accreditation demonstrates to recruitment businesses, clients and contractors that members are acting both professionally and ethically within the UK tax, employment, and regulatory laws. Coupled with financial stability tests, accreditation is proof that professional businesses can take the lead in delivering the highest levels of industry standards.

Established in 2007, the Indigo Group is a provider of connected and technology-led supply chain assurance solutions. Indigo’s range of connected services helps its customers and clients meet the commercial, legislative and compliance challenges of an ever-changing business environment.

Its services are led and delivered through its unique digital platform, which provides real-time transparency and visibility of the supply chain, helping them to support their customers in identifying and resolving key areas of business risk.

On becoming a fully Accredited Member of FCSA, Ian Cole-Wilkins, CEO of The Indigo Group said: “After passing the in-depth assessment process, we are delighted to have achieved FCSA Accreditation. The Indigo Group prides itself on setting the highest standards of compliance in all its services. Achieving the FCSA Accreditation is a significant milestone for us, validating our commitment to create trusted partnerships that deliver success, growth, and resilience for all our customers.”

Phil Pluck, FCSA’s chief executive added: “It is fantastic news that The Indigo Group has been able to meet the extremely high standards required to become a fully Accredited Member of the FCSA. It is no mean feat passing our rigorous assessment process. The Indigo Group is a first-class company, and I look forward to continuing working with Ian and his management team to raise standards in our sector.

“FCSA accredited membership is the quality mark that every recruiter, client and contractor should look for when considering a professional services company, safe in the knowledge that they will receive a reliable, responsible, and ethical service,” added Phil.
