Ship Shape Resources is the latest company to be accepted into the Freelancer & Contractor Services Association (FCSA). The employment and payroll specialist has been awarded accreditation for its umbrella employment services having passed the FCSA’s rigorous and thorough assessments.
Ship Shape Resources has been providing employment and payroll services to support contractors, agencies, and end hirers for 18 years. Founded in 2004 it provides expertise on numerous employment and payroll models, all with transparent systems and additional insurance protection for workers. The business offers services across all industry sectors, with professional employment, umbrella employment, self-employment and the payroll bureau, offering transparency throughout the entirety of the supply chain.
After an independent audit involving rigorous assessments of its umbrella and CIS services against FCSA compliance code, they join the membership body’s roster of over 70 members.
FCSA members are evaluated on their operations, processes, policies, and practices and they are regularly reassessed to ensure that they always stay within the FCSA’s compliance code. These regular checkups and assessments ensure that members continue to operate both professionally and ethically within UK tax, employment, and regulatory laws.
