RBW Consulting, specialist life science and technology search consultancy, and Thorp Associates, executive search and selection company, have announced a merger, effective immediately.
Emma Thorp, founder of Thorp Associates, is joining the board as the company’s Chief Growth Officer to expand and lead the executive consultancy services for the new group.
At Thorp Associates, Emma established herself as a trusted advisor to her clients, demonstrated by long-standing client relationships and a strong reputation in the industry.
Emma will continue working with her existing clients as Chief Growth Officer while bringing an enhanced service to RBW’s existing and future clients. Emma will launch a new initiative to support innovative, emerging biotech and health tech organisations, challenging the way recruitment and search are thought about in the life sciences industry.
