Tiger Recruitment has launched a new HR division to meet a growing demand for talented HR professionals, and has appointed Aseel Ibrahim to head up the business. Tiger HR will serve the needs of employers around the world, sourcing talent in areas including HR management, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, wellbeing and employee experience.
Aseel takes up the role of Lead Consultant after two and a half years as an HR recruitment consultant at REED, where she specialised in mid-to-senior level roles, and following a 13-year career in luxury retail management. Her wealth of practical experience is complemented by a CIPD level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Under Aseel’s direction, the new division will focus on senior HR positions, while Tiger Business Support will continue to recruit entry level and administrative HR roles.
