Paul Simpson, an experienced director with over 20 years’ experience in recruitment, has been appointed Operations Director to drive growth as Kingdom People expands across the UK.
As Kingdom People, part of The Kingdom Group, continues its trajectory of rapid growth, the appointment of Paul Simpson as Operations Director follows him joining the company in March 2025 after Kingdom’s acquisition of First People Recruitment Group.
Paul will be supporting Kingdom People’s four southern based offices: Brighton, Bognor Regis, Havant and Gillingham (Kent).
Paul will be working closely with Mike Rogers, Chief Services Officer of Kingdom People, Alex Thompson, Operations Director, and Danielle Cassidy, Regional Director of Kingdom People Kent.

Since March, Paul has shown what an excellent addition he is at Kingdom People, and we are proud to bring him into our senior team, as we head towards £100m revenue. This appointment is a testament to the faith we have in Paul.

As well as Paul’s appointment, Adrian Jadczak, Senior Operations Manager, has joined Kingdom People’s senior leadership team. Adrian, who joined the business in January 2024, immediately assisted with business acquisitions.
