The RSA Group Appoints Andy Theodorou as Partner

Specialist executive search and advisory firm The RSA Group (“RSA”) who work in the innovation and life sciences sector, have announced the appointment of Andy Theodorou as Partner, alongside the launch of its refreshed website.

Andy, previously Senior Consultant, joined RSA in 2015 and brings more than 25 years’ executive search experience, combined with a deep scientific background and longstanding understanding of biotechnology clients and their leadership needs. A qualified neuroscientist with a BSc and PhD in Pharmacology, Andy has advised on senior appointments across global pharma, biotech, speciality pharma, medtech and academic research organisations.

His areas of expertise span discovery research, clinical development, regulatory affairs, market access, medical, commercial and general management. Andy’s appointment recognises his contribution to RSA over the past decade, including his dedication to developing the team and role in building the firm’s West Coast business.
