Vantage Leadership Consulting have announced Jennifer Weiss, Ph.D., joining the firm as a Partner, bringing deep expertise in executive assessment, leadership development, coaching, team effectiveness, and strategic talent management. Weiss’s appointment comes as Vantage celebrates its 50th anniversary and continues expanding its senior leadership team to meet growing client demand.
Weiss joins Vantage with extensive experience advising organisations on leadership and talent decisions that shape performance and organisational health. Her work spans healthcare, energy, engineering, science, technology, manufacturing, education, nonprofit, public sector, and national laboratory environments. She is known for integrating evidence‑based methodology, leadership research, and practical business context to help organisations clarify leadership needs, evaluate talent, and focus development where it matters most.

Weiss earned her Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She is an active member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Society for Human Resource Management, and is certified across a range of leadership and psychometric assessment tools, including those from Hogan, Management Research Group, CCL, Talogy, and SHL.
Weiss’s appointment expands Vantage’s partnership group following Jasmin Martinez, Ph.D.’s recent promotion to Partner. Weiss’s hiring and Martinez’s promotion build on the firm’s continued leadership growth that also includes Ackerman’s elevation to Managing Partner earlier this year. Together, these additions strengthen Vantage’s ability to support organizations in these increasingly complex times.
