recruitment businesses, has announced that Azuki Accounts has joined the firm.
The move brings together two firms with a shared focus on supporting recruitment businesses, combining Azuki’s client
relationships and sector experience with the scale, resources, and breadth of services offered by Recruitment Accountants, a
division of TC Group.
Recruitment Accountants already works with over 100 recruitment businesses across the UK, providing accountancy, tax,
payroll, and advisory support tailored to the specific challenges and opportunities facing the sector. Recruitment Accountants
has spent over 15 years building specialist knowledge of the sector and was recently named APSCo Partner of the Year for its
work supporting the recruitment industry.
Azuki Accounts, a Middlesex-based specialist finance partner for recruitment agencies founded in 2016, provides outsourced
finance function support including pay & bill, bookkeeping, credit control and Finance Director-level insight.
The acquisition forms part of TC Group’s ongoing M&A strategy, supporting the firm’s continued national growth and regional
expansion. It also reflects Recruitment Accountants’ commitment to building deeper expertise and stronger partnerships
across the recruitment sector, as the division continues to grow its presence and support more recruitment businesses across
the UK.
