Gatehouse Bank Renews Talent Partnership with The Curve Group

Gatehouse Bank has renewed its long-standing talent partnership with The Curve Group, reaffirming its commitment to a strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model that has supported the Bank’s growth and talent acquisition since 2018.

Following more than eight years of collaboration, the partnership has evolved far beyond traditional recruitment outsourcing into a truly embedded talent acquisition function that supports workforce planning, market intelligence and attracts specialist financial services talent.

Since the partnership began, The Curve Group has successfully delivered more than 490 hires, helping Gatehouse Bank strengthen its recruitment capability while supporting sustained business growth and consistently delivering exceptional hiring experiences for both candidates and Hiring Managers.

Working as an extension of the Bank’s People team, The Curve Group will continue to provide a fully embedded Recruitment Process Outsourcing solution spanning the entire recruitment lifecycle. Alongside managing day-to-day hiring activity, the partnership delivers proactive talent attraction, executive search and headhunting, market mapping, recruitment marketing, workforce planning, interview coaching, recruitment reporting and strategic insight to help Gatehouse Bank secure high-quality talent across both specialist and business-critical roles.

The continued partnership reflects the strategic role that talent acquisition continues to play in enabling sustainable business growth, particularly within increasingly competitive markets where attracting and retaining specialist skills has become a key differentiator.

“Over the past eight years, The Curve Group has become a genuine extension of our People team,” Joanna Collings, Chief People Officer at Gatehouse Bank, said: “Their understanding of our organisation, culture and hiring requirements enables them to provide talent acquisition support that continually evolves alongside our business.”

Collings went on: “Beyond successfully delivering more than 490 hires, they’ve helped us strengthen our recruitment capability, enhance the experience we provide to candidates and Hiring Managers, and bring valuable market insight that supports workforce planning and decision-making.

“As we continue to grow, maintaining a consistent, high-quality approach to attracting talent remains incredibly important to us and we’re looking forward to further extending our partnership and building on the strong foundations we’ve established together.”

Jeanette Ramsden, CEO of The Curve Group, added: “The strongest talent partnerships are built over years, not months. They create the opportunity to move beyond filling vacancies and instead develop recruitment capability that becomes a genuine strategic advantage for the organisation.

“Our partnership with Gatehouse Bank demonstrates how Recruitment Process Outsourcing can evolve alongside an organisation’s ambitions. By combining specialist recruitment expertise with workforce insight, market intelligence and embedded delivery, we’ve helped create a talent acquisition function that can continue to support the Bank’s long-term growth.

“We are incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together over the past eight years and look forward to continuing to evolve the partnership in the years ahead.”

As organisations continue to face increasing competition for specialist talent, Recruitment Process Outsourcing is popular as providing a strategic solution that offers greater consistency, scalability and visibility across the recruitment lifecycle.
