Aquent Launches European Graduate Accelerator Programme

Global creative and technology recruitment agency, Aquent, have announced the launch of the European Graduate Accelerator Programme – a first-of-its-kind initiative for the company in Europe developed as a fast-track pipeline for exceptional future recruiters. The intensive six-month accelerator is designed for tech-minded, business-savvy graduates looking to establish a career at the intersection of AI, marketing, and recruitment. Applications are officially open for the inaugural January 2027 intake.

“Recruitment has undergone a seismic shift, and traditional sales playbooks simply don’t cut through the noise anymore.” said Aliza Sweiry, UK Managing Director. “With the rise of AI and sophisticated modern hiring tech, businesses no longer need transactional recruiters – they need innovative individuals who understand how to utilise the technology and can navigate complex modern markets. Our new European Graduate Accelerator will give the next generation the exact tools, technology, and consultative skills they need to excel in an AI-driven era.”

The programme offers participants a structured, hands-on immersive experience. Over six months, trainees will learn modern business development, AI sales enablement, omnichannel communication, and consultative talent sourcing powered by Aquent’s proprietary recruitment technology. Upon successful completion of the accelerator, graduates will transition into permanent, full-time 360° Perm Recruiter roles, managing their own client portfolios and advising business leaders across top UK brands.

APSCo UK Managing Director Samantha Hurley commented: “As recruitment continues to evolve alongside advances in technology and AI, attracting and developing new talent into the profession is vital. Aquent’s Graduate Accelerator Programme is a great example of how organisations can combine structured learning, practical experience and exposure to emerging technologies to help graduates build successful careers in recruitment.

“By investing in early careers talent, programmes like this not only create opportunities for individuals entering the profession but also help ensure the sector has the skills and fresh perspectives needed for the future,” she added. “It’s encouraging to see this commitment to developing the next generation of recruitment professionals and strengthening the talent pipeline for our sector.”

Applications for the January 2027 cohort are now open.
