Global recruitment specialist Aureol Global Connections, based in Dublin has strengthened its team with three new hires to support continued growth. John Lewis, Melissa Granahan and David Connolly have joined the organisation as Business Co-ordinators, bringing a combined 12 years of industry experience.
In 2025 Aureol Global Connections reported a total compounded growth of 1022% since it was founded in November 2022, with the organisation’s employee count increasing by 300%. During that time Aureol successfully placed 3200 candidates into roles in construction, manufacturing and engineering.
In their new roles, John Lewis will co-ordinate recruitment workflows and support client placements across multiple sectors, helping to ensure seamless processes and strong client relationships, with a particular focus on the firm’s South Africa operations.
Melissa Granahan will support multiple aspects of candidate coordination and internal process optimisation, enhancing the candidate experience while strengthening operational delivery across the business.
David Connolly, who brings a strong foundation in recruitment and relationship management, will leverage his local market insight to further strengthen client operations and internal processes.
