RBW Consulting appoints Stuart Gilboy to lead Medical division

RBW Consulting, a leading life sciences search consultancy, has appointed Stuart Gilboy as Senior Director. Stuart joins RBW’s Boston office, working closely with the established team to build the Medical desk.

An experienced client services and Managing Director, Stuart has over 20 years’ experience and was previously the Global Managing Director at CPL Physicians, a specialist pharmaceutical physician recruitment company.

Stuart’s initial role at CPL was Divisional Director, with a remit to build a professional services team which became the fastest growing team in the history of the group while leading the UK’s premier pharma physicians brand, Only Medics. In 2017, Stuart launched CPL Physicians to the US market where he successfully built an executive search programme, particularly within the smaller biotech market. The successful US launch led to Stuart hiring a number of consultants in the US and elsewhere and driving consistent revenue growth within the business.

Stuart Gilboy, Senior Director at RBW Consulting comments, “This is an exciting time to join Nick and the team at RBW. I was impressed by RBW’s unique position in putting client and industry needs first. This is a critical time for the life sciences industry, and we need more supportive partners like RBW to make sure the right companies can attract the best talent.”

Nick Rapley, Co-founder and President at RBW Consulting, added, “Stuart is a natural fit for RBW. He is an excellent search consultant and has a proven track record in building and motivating successful teams.

“Medical staffing is an important growth area for RBW as we continue to support the life sciences industry across the East Coast and the United States as a whole. I look forward to seeing how Stuart applies his expertise and passion to building this new team.”
