Rooted in unmatched recruitment expertise spearheaded by Founder and CEO, Leo Harrison, this new company within its portfolio will be led by Co-Founder of Chapter 2 Heath Talent, Simon Ryan, with over a decade of specialist health recruitment experience (formerly, REED and Your World Recruitment Group). Both are united with investor Steven Bartlett in their shared vision to support and scale companies by building strong teams with the right talent.
Chapter 2 Health Talent will address the unique talent requirements of private hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, medical technology enterprises, and other specialist health companies. The company will service hard-to-fill roles, high-demand positions spanning from Executive, Tech, Business Operations and all Clinical functions.
