Chow Joins Morgan McKinley to drive Client Excellence

Morgan McKinley, a part of Org Group, has named Evelyn Chow as its new Client Services Director for South-East Asia for Talent Solutions.

In this role, Evelyn will lead a team dedicated to helping organisations develop and strengthen their organisational talent management capabilities, leveraging technology in strategic ways to maximise the potential of their most valuable asset – talent.  As Client Services Director for South-East Asia. Evelyn will focus on the deployment and expansion of Morgan McKinley’s operations throughout the region, including focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and delivering exceptional client experiences. Additionally, she will support the growth team to expand the portfolio of clients in Talent Solutions.

Based in Singapore, Evelyn brings with her over two decades of expertise in human resources and talent consulting, solidifying her reputation as a strategic leader in the Asia Pacific region. Before joining Morgan McKinley, she served as Managing Director for 14 years at HR consultancy and search firm: DecodeHR supporting clients across Asia Pacific. Evelyn’s career journey also includes her tenure at Hudson, where she was Client Services Director.
