Conrad Consulting has launched its inaugural UK Civil & Structural Engineering Salary Survey, inviting professionals from across the industry to contribute to a comprehensive new picture of salaries and employment trends across the country. The research comes as Conrad Consulting celebrates 25 years in specialist recruitment, marking the milestone by continuing to invest in the industry insight and market knowledge it provides to professionals and employers across the built environment.
The survey will form the basis of Conrad Consulting’s first UK Civil & Structural Engineering Salary Guide, providing regional salary benchmarks alongside insight into the experiences and expectations of professionals working across civil engineering, structural engineering and related disciplines.
Drawing on responses from engineers across the UK, the guide aims to provide an up-to-date snapshot of the market, helping professionals understand how their salary and employment package compare while giving employers greater insight into the expectations of today’s engineering workforce. The survey takes less than three minutes to complete, with responses remaining confidential and the option to participate anonymously.
As a thank you for taking part, participants who provide their details can also choose to enter a prize draw to win a £250 voucher for Amazon, John Lewis or Airbnb.
Having worked within the built environment for 25 years, Conrad Consulting’s consultants have developed extensive knowledge of the Civil & Structural Engineering market. The final guide will combine this specialist insight with survey findings to create a useful resource for employers, engineers and those considering their next career move.
Civil and structural engineering professionals across the UK are encouraged to take part and help make the inaugural guide as representative as possible.
