Deadline extended for RCSA Industry Awards.

Nominations can be made by April 24.

As the industry and wider business world attempts to deal with the coronavirus crisis the RCSA has decided to extend the cut-off date for the 2020 RCSA Industry Awards nominations.

The cut-off date for applications to be lodged has been extended from this Friday (March 27) to Friday April 24, 2020 at 5pm AEDT and finalists will now be announced on Wednesday June 10, 2020. If you have already submitted your entry, the entry can be edited until the new cut-off date.

We encourage RCSA members to take advantage of the extension to complete their nominations as the awards are an important way to acknowledge the industry’s achievements and celebrate the valuable contribution the recruitment and staffing industry makes.

The award nights will continue, however in accordance with social distancing procedures, they will change format to provide virtual celebrations and we will advise members once the details are finalised. Celebrating the achievements of our industry and the professionals that work tirelessly to make a difference within their communities is more important than ever.

The RCSA has advised that if there are any questions arising from this they should contact Rachael Fisher on +61 3 9936 9406 or via email.

Recruitment companies can also click here to get their application underway.

The landing page of the RCSA’s website has been made home to a range of information on the coronavirus itself, its possible impact on the recruitment and staffing industry and how RCSA members can deal with issues affecting their staff and clients. Topics covered include everything from working from home procedures to how to keep your staff and clients safe.

In additional to this, RCSA staff are working on new podcasts and webinars while also lobbying governments as they continue to make decisions that will impact on members.
