The Freelancer & Contractor Services Association (FCSA) have announced the launch of Diligence Hub, a new high-security matching service for due diligence requirements between recruiters and umbrella companies.
The idea behind Diligence Hub is to simplify and streamline the often time-consuming task of information sharing between recruiters and umbrellas, saving both organisations valuable time and resources. With Diligence Hub, recruiters and umbrellas can safely and securely exchange due diligence information when considering commercial agreements. By centralising due diligence information in one accessible location, Diligence Hub eliminates the need for repetitive data requests and manual document exchange, allowing Umbrella Companies to focus their time and resources on serving their clients effectively.
“Diligence Hub represents a significant step forward in our ongoing commitment to promoting best practices and transparency within the contracting industry,” says Chris Bryce, Chief Executive of FCSA. “By providing recruiters and umbrella companies with a secure platform for sharing due diligence information, we aim to enhance efficiency, foster trust, and drive positive outcomes for all stakeholders.”
Diligence Hub offers a number of benefits, including:
- Saving recruiters and umbrellas time and reducing costs
- Reducing risk
- Ensuring security
- Improving compliance
- Confirming due diligence
Registration will open for FCSA Members in the coming days, before Diligence Hub is made available to non-FCSA members in the coming weeks. For more information on Diligence Hub, visit diligencehub.co.uk.
