Paul Dupuis, formerly CEO of Randstad India & ex-CEO & Chairman of Randstad Japan has joined BAIN as an External Advisor to the firm.
With extensive experience and a proven track record in the staffing & recruitment industry, Dupuis brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insights to BAIN’s esteemed advisory network.
Dupuis is widely recognized in the industry for his thought leadership & exceptional leadership skills, having led the dramatic turnaround of Randstad’s operations in India, with 75 branches, 2000 core employees & more than 60,000 contractors.
He went on to lead Randstad Japan’s expansive operations to record revenue growth and top profitability globally among Randstad OPCO’s.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to building high performing organisations, driving organizational excellence and fostering innovation with a people-focused approach.
His expertise in staffing & recruitment covers a wide range of solutions including blue & white collar staffing, InHouse outsourcing, BPO, RPO, MSP, permanent recruitment, executive search and outplacement. His hands-on experience with M&A, PMI, strategic planning, organizational development & employer branding makes him a valuable addition to BAIN’s network of external advisors.
