Fawkes & Reece has confirmed the acquisition of Southampton based Alltek Limited amidst national growth and expansion plans. Alltek have been providing permanent and freelance recruitment solutions within the construction sector as a regional specialist since they were founded in 2003. The transaction is Fawkes & Reece’s first acquisition and forms part of its strategy of establishing a stronger geographical footprint in the UK. The Fawkes & Reece Group now has over 75 staff focused on Southern England, providing full recruitment support to all construction professionals from site operatives through to senior and executive appointments.
“The construction sector has been challenging over the last couple of years, but we are committed to a growth plan and to strengthen our presence in the South in order to support our clients,” said Ray Connolly, founder of Fawkes and Reece. “We are fortunate to work with a brilliant customer base and we are looking at the longer-term strategy with which this acquisition fits perfectly. It allows our London team to focus on our customers there and we can now fully support the same organisations further afield across the South and South West.
