Most recently, Mike Gawthorne has been working with The Recruitment Network as one of the member advisory team, supporting a number of the TRN members with their strategic growth plans and will continue in that capacity, but in addition will now support the co-founders, Gordon Stoddart and James Osborne, and the wider TRN board with the delivery of their expansion plans in 2023 and beyond.
“Having seen first hand the impact TRN can make to a recruitment business of any size”, says Gawthorne “it was really a no-brainer for me to get involved with what these guys are up to and be part of something that clearly makes a real difference to a sector I am hugely proud to be part of.”
Mike spent 20 years building the ARM / Serocor Group as MD and CEO, concluding with a successful MBO at the end of 2020. “We have a very clear plan in place as to how we intend to take the TRN membership offering to a whole new level next year” he continues.
“James, Gordon and the rest of the TRN team have built an incredible community where there is genuine commitment from all the members to collaborate and support each other as they navigate through the ups and downs of running a recruitment business. There is a very exciting journey ahead”.
