Phaidon International has hired Marco Hermle to lead its growth in the DACH market. Mr. Hermle takes over the leadership of Phaidon International’s Berlin office and is set to increase the company’s investment into the German and surrounding market. Hermle takes the role from Paul Norman, who built Phaidon International’s German presence by opening the Berlin office in 2018 and managing it to become the fastest growing European office for the business.
“The DACH region and particularly Germany continues to be a growth market for Phaidon International,” says Alex Small, european managing director. “As we look to supplement the European team with an additional 100 consultants in 2021, I am confident that with Marco we can realise our immense potential in Germany. Paul has worked tirelessly to embed our offering, and we are certain that he returns to the London office leaving Marco and the team with the foundations to succeed beyond all measure.”
Marco Hermle has been in the recruitment business for the past nine years. Prior to joining Phaidon International, he built a management team with qualified and trained specialised recruiters at an international recruitment firm in Frankfurt.
