Harvey Nash has announced the appointment of Matt Holmes as Managing Director of Harvey Nash UK and Ireland, and member of the Global Executive Committee. The appointment marks a significant step in Harvey Nash’s renewed focus on growth, innovation, and deeper specialisation across the technology talent landscape.
Holmes joins with a distinguished track record spanning more than 20 years in specialist technology recruitment. He has held senior leadership roles across both major PLCs and high growth private organisations, including Experis (ManpowerGroup), Impellam, and Oscar. Throughout his career, he has transformed and scaled technology businesses across Contract, Permanent, Managed Services, and Statement of Work – consistently building high performing teams and delivering strong commercial results.
This breadth of experience positions him perfectly to help lead and accelerate the delivery of the company’s strategy.
